Known for her calm presence and ability to truly listen, Charlene had a gift for offering thoughtful advice and making others feel heard and valued.
The Foundation carries forward her spirit by providing access to high-quality veterinary care. Rooted in her love for animals and people, we aim to offer professional services — including exams, treatments, and preventive care — at a reduced cost through a mobile clinic serving communities close to home.
